Creamy Pea Salad
Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients
| 2 | pkgs. | (16 oz. ea) frozen peas, thawed | |

| 1/2 | cup | diced cheddar cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | diced mozzarella cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | medium onion, chopped | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | mayonnaise or salad dressing | |
|
|
|||
| salt to taste | |||
|
|
|||
| pepper to taste | |||
|
|
|||
| 4 | bacon strips, cooked and crumbled | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the peas, cheeses, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; mix well.
Refrigerate until serving.
Sprinkle with bacon.
