| 4 | boneless rib eye steaks, I-inch thick | ||

| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
|  | |||
| 1 | teaspoon | seasoned pepper | |
|  | |||
| lemon slices for garnish | |||

Combine salt and pepper; press into steaks.  Grill uncovered, over medium heat for 15-18 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally.  Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
